Michael began his real estate career with Royal LePage's largest and fastest growing franchise in Canada, Royal LePage Team Realty in Ottawa.
In 2005 Michael moved to Vancouver to marry his wife, Jamie-Lynn. This move allowed Michael to transition his Ottawa Real Estate business to Vancouver with Royal LePage Westside where he worked with 2 of Vancouver's top producing agents.
Michael and Jamie were married in September of 2007 and currently live in Richmond.
In 2008, together with the help of Brian McDermott, he decided to create the Lepore Accolade Real Estate Team. Envisioning the next chapter in the Real Estate industry, Michael and Brian put their heads together and came up with the marketing and strategy programs that they believe are required in today's ever changing Real Estate markets.
Continuously educating and researching new laws, requirements and trends, Michael has always been the type to approach Real Estate and clients with education and not sales tactics. This has proved to be rewarding.
