Michael Lepore is celebrating his 10th year in real estate.  Arriving in Vancouver in 2006 after years as a successful REALTOR® in Ottawa, Michael quickly became an award-winning agent with Royal LePage Westside.  

Michael has built a strong network; he works almost exclusively by referrals  from clients, business contacts and real estate professionals in other regions.   Michael approaches both clients and colleagues with a positive, educated and cooperative outlook.  

Michael predominantly concentrates on the housing markets of Vancouver’s Westside and Downtown, and the City of Richmond, though he also has many contented clients across Metro Vancouver.

Each year, Michael receives numerous sales achievement awards.  Most recently, he has received the Royal LePage Director’s Platinum Award which places him in the top 5% of Royal LePage.  He is also a member of the Medallion Club, the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Board’s recognition of their top 10% agents.  Though being successful in business is an important facet in Michael’s life, giving back to his community and his family share top billing.  In 2011, Michael was designated  'Individual of the Year for BC' by the Royal LePage Shelter Foundation and is recognized as a Top 1% Supporter of this national charity that assists women and children in crisis across Canada.

Michael lives in the beautiful city of Richmond with his wife and new baby daughter, along with their dog Mia.
