Michelle Henry

Michelle has joined our group as part of our Business Development Team. She brings with her a great knowledge of the real estate industry on both the resale and financial sides.

Married to a Real Estate agent, Michelle, learned many aspects of the business which she used to benefit and assist her clients as a Mortgage Broker for the past 2 years. With the sudden passing of her husband, our dear friend and colleague, Brian McDermott, Michelle has decided to refocus her attention in the real estate industry.

Prior to being a mortgage broker, Michelle spent her time raising their family as well as running a Sale and Marketing company, servicing clients across Canada. Trade shows and road trips were part of her everyday routine, her real preference and strength is in dealing with people on a one-to-one basis, and crunching numbers. She is detailed, thorough and focused on finding exactly the right financing for her individual clients. She gives her clients an overview of the market and cuts through the bewildering array of mortgage options, offers and lenders.
