Just sold my listing in West Cambie area of Richmond BC in less than 3 weeks! Although currently only a handful of condo buildings are available in the area, which are mostly new or under construction, I was shocked by the amount of interest we received on this property.
3051 Airey Drive is on a small road with one other townhouse development and currently sits along vacant greenspace. With a combination of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, Bridgeport Court is extremely convenient to all major routes.

Saunders Secondary School catchment is split. If you are in the neighbourhood West of Garden City, your Secondary School is Hugh McRoberts. East of Garden City, you will be in the Matthew McNair catchment.
They’re great schools. McRoberts is called a dual-track school, which means it offers both English and French Immersion for students in grade 8-12. Matthew McNair Secondary is recognized for its outstanding music and theatre departments. McNair Mini School is a program designed for academically motivated students with an enriched course of studies.
McRoberts Secondary is adjacent to South Arm Community Centre and Park which has great sports fields, programs, seniors’ activities and an outdoor pool with waterslide.
The elementary school in the Saunders neighbourhood is Walter E. Lee.

It is no surprise that many residents showed up to the open house to voice their opinion against the proposed project.
