Making an Offer in a Buyer

How Low Should You Go?

It is tempting for buyers, in a buyer's real estate market, to think that they can go really low with their offer in order to get their home for a real deal.  While this can work, especially if the buyer has circumstances that would be condusive to a quick sale, you may be asking yourself "How Low Can We Go?"

There is always a chance that if you go in too low that the sellers will reject your offer and not want to negotiate with you further.  After all, someone else could offer them more.

This is why working with an experienced Real Estate Agent is really important.  Working with a professional who has experience in the Greater Vancouver area market is key to purchasing a property for the best possible price.

Your Real Estate Agent is trained and experienced in buying homes and will have researched recent sales of similar properties.  They can help you draft an offer that should be appealing to the buyer.

If negotiating is necessary, they are trained and skilled in order to work on your behalf.

While it can be tempting to see just how low you can go with a price in the current market, your best bet for getting a property for the right price is by working with an experienced Real Estate Professional.
