Westwind Real Estate

Formerly the J.A. McKinney farm, Westwind was developed from 1969-1972 by Greczmiel Construction, whose subdivisions have a distinct character, good quality and design. 

The neighbourhood of Westwind is located West of Number 2 Road, South of Moncton and borders the Village of Steveston.  Large family homes in a newer style dominate the Westwind neighbourhood.  There is a variety of mixed lot sizes and plenty of trees and greenery that enhance this community.  An elementary school sits in the midst of this attractive and well built, family-friendly neighbourhood.
